    If you live in nice furnished apartment with air-con, and located close to big street or popular with foreigner, it'll be low increase 50-200, because lot of peoples looking for that apartment. if not, rent will be same like last year.

    I use StrongVPN for more than a year. It can be installed in your router so full vpn for whole house. And can be installed in cellphone, IPAD, and other Tablet Computer.

    More Expensive Package of StrongVPN also can bypass website blocked by your School, office. So you can watch porn in school, play game in office.

    Agreed, problem is their cocktails. I ordered Margarita, taste like no alcohol at all. I asked their staff, she said she already followed standard of this bar. After some arguments finally she make me new cup, and I satisfied.

    Atmosphere is good, music is great. Overall it's not bad.
