  We are moving to Chengdu for 9-10 months in late August (3 elementary age kids) and looking for a 3 bedroom furnished apartment near SWUFE (old campus) that might be near a park or have spaces for kids to play. The kids' school is about 20 minutes south west of the old campus. What kind of rent/places are available? Thanks.

  We will be moving to Chengdu next year (2013) and hope to send our children (1st, 3rd, and 5th grade) to a local Chinese elementary. They know basic Chinese (esp. listening skills) as they are in a 50/50 immersion program at our current location and we are hoping for a complete immersion environment.
  Can anyone tell me about the possibilities available in Chengdu? Any good/bad stories? Thanks!
