Hi— My 7 yr old girl wants to be a fairy and my 9 yr old boy wants to be some sort of ghoulish figure dressed in black. Can anyone point me in the direction of where to buy these Halloween costumes? I could also buy these used from someone whose kids have outgrown them. Thanks!

Can anyone give me some tips on being self-employed in Chengdu? Theoretically, if I want to provide a professional service to others for pay (let's say for tutoring, but that's not quite what I have in mind), I'd rather not be paid under the table. But it sounds much simpler than figuring out which authorities I need to talk to about officially registering a business, especially if I only have a tourist visa. Any advice on what to do and/or what not to do before I explore further?
