  We went to Pingle today, the bus from Jinsha bus station to Qionglai does not operate anymore, instead we had to go to Chadianzi bus terminal (actual final station of metro line 2) and take the bus from there to Qionglai (RMB 23).

  I guess the main question is how much this regulation will be enforced. I personally think these vehicles are not that much disturbing though certainly they drive dangerous. They also mean the living for many people. For me this is another example how the Chinese government can destroy the living of many people from one day to the other.

  To do this on Paypal you will need a USB provided by the bank for authentication of transactions.
  I sent some money twice to my spanish account in this way, I paid about 5% as transfer fee. For me seemed to be an expensive way of money transfer. A simple bank transfer should be cheaper.

  what i was wondering about is whether foreign milk is reliable. I mean foreign companies might also save on quality if the export goes to China. Recent KFC/McDonalds chicken scandal shows that foreign companies are not so keen to keep quality if they are not watched...

  i bought Lactel (i think French), and also some other brand from new zealand. both of them are ok. I tried oldenburger too, also good.

  I went to this place first time this week, I was a bit disappointed after reading the many good comments about it. The coffee and pastry selection is excellent, prices are affordable and the staff is extremely kind (quite rare in Chengdu). However, I found the place to be too small and somehow without atmosphere. For me a cafe should be a place where I feel good to spend a few hours reading or browsing internet and this was not the case here. Somehow the place is too small. It's impossible to conduct a conversation without being heard by everybody around or reading something without being disturbed by the next tables' conversation.
