    • Better since the Chinese guy took over the place, but still far from good enough.

    • A nice warm bar during the week and a place to meet many other expats on Fridays. The drinks could be better.

    • You should try to avoid this place at all costs. I have a hard time calling it a bar. We had high hopes for this place after reading all the good postings.

We were dissapointed to be the least.

The bar had the same size as my campus dorm room, maybe a little bigger. So if you like dancing, this is not the ideal place for you. I particular didn`t like the music either, it was a combination of outdated music from the 90`s and techno. While dancing prepare for fake smoke, as it is poured out in the room at all time.
The drinks, well... not exactly mindblowing. You will get drunk, as in any bar, if that`s you`re aim, but the drinks are quite bad.

I don`t know the bar standards in Chengdu, but this can`t possibly be the best bar in town.

    • Not my cup of tea. I can see why people like it but I find the environment pretty dismal and the clientèle a bit rude and aggressive. I'm in no rush to return but I wouldn't actively stay away in friends were meeting there.

    • As a French, I HAD to go to the Café! Was quiet on that early evening of Saturday night, but quickly become full of cheerful people after 10pm. Music ok, nice staff and cold beers, although I was expecting a more "French" decoration...

    • Good Western bar with some pretty decent music and multiple drink specials throughout the night.

    • Le cafe Panam(e)- Good place. I often go there but it still needs to get bigger as this is like the place to go in the summer even though it's packed. 9/10

    • A place to get so drunk that you stand on the table dancing with utter abandonment then obliviously knock my drink over.

    • Huge hang out for the ex-pat community. Good music, nice selection of foreign alcohol, overall a good place to check out on the weekends.
