  • This cafe, even though a little expensive, has a very nice atmosphere, specially the big room on the 3rd floor that gives view over the area.
    They have a smoking room, which in my opinion is a plus, as smokers and non-smokers can be satisfied.
    I'd like to come back more often if they would decrease a little their prices

  • I must say, this coffee house is divine.

    As a people admirer, I believe that coffee houses ought to provide, out of many things, one that stands out:

    1) ambiance

    Needless to say, this coffee house has got it! Being that it is in a second-tier CHINESE city (not to say anything negative about China, but good coffee houses are uncommon), it is unbelievable that Chengdu even has such a place! Open daily until 10 pm, having a semi-affordable cup of coffee, and sumptuous cakes, treats, and such, it is a hangout that is unbeatable in Chengdu's "out in the sticks" west part of town. Also, this shop has:

    1) Wednesday and Saturday night English corners (7 pm-10 pm)

    2) Great BBQ around the area

    3) A WESTERN TOILET :)

    Downsides of the coffee shop:

    1) Repetitive music

    2) A smoker room/ area (I kind of like smoking everywhere, as a smoker myself)

    3) Sunday not open until the afternoon (not sure about when in the afternoon, I believe 2 or 3 o' clock)
