- Has anyone been to Israel before? I will be there this coming August for a week's stay. I already booked for a hotel and our only problem is the transportation that we will be using to tour the country. We're choosing between different car companies. So far this is the best rate that we can get - http://www.avis.co.il/[...] . But I just wanna ask if there are other charges aside from the prices that the company published?

- hi acarter. I live in Israel and I can give you lots of advice where to go and what to see. There are many car rental companies.Did you try ofran.com? I usually use them.I don't know which is cheapest. There should be info on the avis website telling you about any extra charges,I don't know.

- Hi Carter, I can suggest checking out Sixt in Israel http://www.shlomo.co.il/Car-Rental-Israel/ I know they offer great discounts if you pay online for the car rental.
