- Small beginner spanish class starting next week
  
  Class info update:
  Beginners (super basic introductory) Spanish class will start June 18 and run through July 18. It will be 10 sessions held Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:30-12 with 2 makeup classes on Wednesday afternoons for students who must miss class or have fallen behind. The course will also include 1 spanish language outing/event (shopping or a dinner, etc) and a "Spanish- corner" hosted by other spanish speakers (not the regular teacher).
  The fees are as follows:
  60 RMB per class/event
  650 RMB for the entire course
  100 RMB discount if you sign up for the full course with a friend
  There will be another class at the next level in September, so you can continue learning if you want. A second session will be opened if demand is high. Each class will have no more than 7 students.
  Location will be in a rooftop garden sunroom on Fangcaojie. It is on the 7th floor of a walk-up (no elevator, sorry). This class is open to Chinese and foreigners. Learning materials are provided and included.

  Hi, I'm starting an English conversation class, limited to 5 or 6 students that are an intermediate level.
  I'm an American male from California and I have a neutral accent that is typical American English.
  I currently teach children and adults, private and group classes throughout Chengdu.
  The class will be at my home near Huaxi Hospital. Sometimes to make it more interesting, we will have a class outside at a park or tea house or bar, whatever the students vote.
  The class will focus on conversation and pronunciation, but of course there will be new vocabulary and grammar introduced along with reading and comprehension for discussion.
  Classes will be an hour and a half, 90 minutes, on either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday evening depending on what the group requests. The time is also flexible and can be decided by the group.
  Rates will vary depending on how many lessons you purchase in advance: 1 lesson 120RMB
  4 lessons 400RMB....100RMB/lesson
  8 lessons 640RMB....80RMB/lesson
  I am flexible and easygoing and try to make the class fun while we learn. I'm open to suggestions and feedback for new ideas.

  There are increasing number of people registering in gyms everyday and still not seeing the results they wish to see.
  But its really not that difficult if you really know what you are doing. Its really not.
  I love fitness, I hit the gym about 3-4 times in a week, and everyone at the gym isn't doing something right.
  If you wanna lose weight or gain muscle......U definitely need a coach or a mentor to walk you through it....i.e., what to eat, how to exercise, what exercises to do, how many times, rest times, supplements you need..etc.
