  I am currently renting a 3 bedroom apartment with two other lads. We are leaving in June. One of the 2 guys will not return so his room is available indefinitely. Where as the other 2 rooms are available for July and August.
  So it's a very modern 3 bedroom apartment. One of the rooms is en suite. It has 2 balconies and 2 large flat screen tvs. It has almost all the furnishings and facilities you'd expect. And rent is 1000-1200rmb per month depending on which room you choose.
  Would be ideal for a group or family who are visiting for the summer months.

  -Owner wants 3200 RMB a month, 1 year, 1 month deposit, 3 months paid upfront, no agent fee. Very reasonable for this neighborhood, size, and condition.
  Our contract is up on the 31st of May and leaving town. Helping the landlord find some new tenants. Whats in it for us? Nothing beyond trying to prevent real estate agents from trapsing people through our place all hours of the day.

  The Soho Building is brimming restaurants, bars, and is right across the street from the Bar/Entertainment area called the Blue Carribean!
  The apartment is a one bedroom, complete with a kitchen and living room. I am moving out and have agreed to help my landlord look for a new tenant.
  This apartment is a great view, being on the 9th floor. Comes fully furnished, bed, T.V., couch, etc.
  The kitchen is clean and comes complete with a microwave.
  This is really a great apartment for anyone studying or working at Chuan Da or anything in this part of town.
  Wanfujing (the mall) is only a couple of minutes away, and you can see it out of the window. I"m not sure about the square meters, but its a one bedroom, pretty standard size, comfortable sized living room, complete with a dining room table and sofa.
